The disposal of spoil arising from a construction site can have a significant impact on the cost and programme of the development.

To determine the appropriate disposal pathway, Ground Check will undertake waste classification tests on materials, which allows a zoned waste management plan to be developed for the site, where spoil arising from excavations can be categorised as inert, non-hazardous or hazardous material using certified HazWaste software.
