Inclinometers
Installed to monitor ground displacements and movement rates on railway & highway cuttings, retaining walls or active slopes. The inclinometer casing is installed vertically and grouted in place to allow displacements to be monitored perpendicular and transverse to the slope gradient, where readings are undertaken using a wireline digital inclinometer sensor that is lowered down the hole using a cable reel. Telemetric systems can also be installed to facilitate continuous monitoring of slope movements in remote locations.
